Foxworth man charged with kidnapping, terrorist threat denied bond
COLUMBIA, Miss. (WDAM) - A 76-year-old Foxworth man who triggered an active shooter response Thursday morning at West Marion Primary School was denied bond Friday. Marion County Justice Court Judge Gwen Broom made the ruling during a first appearance for Timothy Ward, who has been charged with two counts of kidnapping and a count of making a terrorist threat.
