VSP identify motorcyclist killed in head-on crash in Augusta County
DOOMS — Virginia State Police have identified a motorcyclist who was killed Tuesday morning in Augusta County following a head-on collision with a truck. Police said a Crimora man was on a 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator motorcycle and heading south on U.S. 340 at about 6:30 a.m. when a 1994 Ford F-450 coming from the opposite direction drifted into his lane and struck him head-on, according to Sgt. AUGUSTA COUNTY, VA (Rocktown Now) — The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the shooting that took place last week in Greenville.
