BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — State police tracked a Tyrone man to Philadelphia and back where he allegedly re-upped his supply of heroin and fentanyl.

Riggleman allegedly sold heroin during controlled buys in March and May before investigators were tipped off about a trip to Philadelphia for “good sh**” that he wanted to pick up as soon as possible, the criminal complaint reads. After confirmation that drugs were picked up the morning of May 3, state troopers said they received a search warrant for the car. When Riggleman returned to Blair County a few hours later, he was pulled over on I-99.

According to troopers, 88 bags of suspected heroin and fentanyl were found in the vehicle inside a coat Riggleman allegedly admitted was his.
