HAVRE, Mont. – Governor Greg Gianforte recently honored Havre Public Schools teacher Cheryl Russell with the Spirit of Montana award. “One of the greatest pleasures I have as governor is recognizing Montanans who embody commitment to service,” Gov. The University of Montana's Twitter page posted much clearer images of the moose at South Campus Stadium on campus. Even here in Missoula, Montana, you don't see moose trotting around town often.
