Kingston mayor anticipates approval to remove Pike Plan canopy
KINGSTON – The mayor of Kingston is confident that the city common council will approve his proposal to remove the Pike Plan canopy from the Stockade District. The canopy in front of the businesses has been up for some 50 years and Mayor Steven Noble said it is time to take it down.
