Stabbing, Choking in Domestic Dispute Lead to Charges for Falconer Pair
Two Falconer residents are facing charges following a domestic incident that occurred at an area hotel. Ellicott Town Police were called to the scene last Monday, August 12th and found that 31-year-old Jacob Matherly had allegedly covered the mouth of 38-year-old Danielle Olson, preventing her from breathing. Officers say Olson then grabbed a knife and stabbed Matherly in the arm. Matherly was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, while Olson faces a felony count of 2nd-degree assault. Both were taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and issued appearance tickets for Ellicott Town Court.
