LUDLOW, Vt. (WCAX) - In the last year, businesses in Ludlow have worked nonstop to reopen after the floods. For one restaurant, it has been a long road to recovery. The basement of the Homestyle Hotel in downtown Ludlow was filled with water, mud and debris during last year’s flooding.
