Bismarck Man Charged With Negligent Homicide For Deadly Car Crash
(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man now faces a negligent homicide charge in connection with a deadly crash that happened in Mandan back in December. Police say Keith Manchester’s vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into Leo Grosz’s car. Both men were hospitalized with serious injuries, and Grosz later died. Manchester reportedly told police he was sober and wasn’t using his phone at the time of the crash, but authorities say he may have fallen asleep behind the wheel.
Woman Seriously Injured After Two-Vehicle Crash Near Velva
(Velva, ND) — A woman is seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck near Velva. The crash happened Wednesday morning at an intersection outside of town, where officials say the semi failed to yield and collided with a car. The 19-year-old woman in the car was airlifted to a hospital, and the truck driver was cited for failure to yield. Authorities say additional charges could be filed.
Bismarck Man Pleads Not Guilty To Attempted Murder
(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man who’s facing an attempted murder charge has pleaded not guilty. The charge stems from a stabbing that happened last month, when police say 28-year-old Dace Littledog attacked a man with a knife inside an apartment, leaving him with multiple wounds. The victim told officers that Littledog had been drinking before the stabbing. His trial is scheduled to begin on October 1st.

Minot Christian Duo To Cease Operations
Leavitt, whose family has owned the AM since 1982 and launched the FM in 1992, said that support and advertising has fallen to a level where Faith Broadcasting is no longer able to continue operating the stations. He told KMOT-TV that they are seeking a buyer. The FM currently features programming mostly from Salem Music Network, while the AM features a full-service local morning show hosted by Jonas Nelson and a local afternoon show with Chad Olson. Nelson, who has been with KHRT since 1996, also serves as Program Director of both stations.
