Teenage girl arrested in relation to man found dead near Wilsonville
A teenage girl was recently arrested in connection to a man found dead near Wilsonville last May. Oregon State Police Public Information Officer Kyle Kennedy confirmed in an email that Oscar Lizardo Chaides, a 42-year-old from Salem, was found dead by OSP on May 29. Chaides was found after someone noticed a man lying on the right shoulder of I-5 south near the Charbonneau off ramp, exit 282. Kennedy confirmed that a teenage girl, who has not been named, was arrested in connection to the case. The charges have not been disclosed.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are investigating after a newborn baby was found dead in North Portland's Kenton neighborhood on Friday morning.
