3:34 p.m. Received a harassment complaint on Fourth Ave. NW.

4:01 p.m. A theft from a storage unit was reported on 10th Ave.

4:43 p.m. The theft of scrap metal was reported on 22nd St. NE.

Saturday, April 20

7:28 p.m. Received a noise complaint of fireworks on Third St. NE.

Sunday, April 21

5:17 p.m. A theft was reported on Fourth Ave. NE.

8:51 p.m. Responded to a burning complaint on Central Ave. N.

Monday, April 22

10:48 a.m. A theft was reported on Highway 23 E.

Wednesday, April 24

6:10 p.m. Received a harassment and bullying complaint on Highway 23 W.

9:26 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop resulting in the arrest of the driver on Central Ave. S. at Riverview Park. The cause for arrest was not reported.

11:26 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop resulting in the arrest of the driver on Highway 23 at First St. The cause for arrest was not reported.
