ROCK HILL, S.C. – A 78-year-old man, who suffers from severe dementia, was found safe after being reported missing in Rock Hill early Saturday morning. Michael Agard was last seen Saturday morning around 4 a.m. on the corner of Pinehill and Celanese Road. Deputies said he has severe dementia.

A driver is in custody after leading authorities on a chase through multiple counties.It started in Dunn when U.S. Marshals tried to pull a Chevrolet Camaro.
