Ford, Williams Make IWLCA Academic Honor Roll
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (July 25, 2024) – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) uncovered its 2024 Division I Academic Honor Roll where Howard University had a pair of Bison make the cut. The announcement came Wednesday (July 24). Goalkeeper Logan Ford (Charlotte, N.C.) and attacker Kimora Williams (Marlton, N.J.) were selected after accumulating a 3.50 grade point average (GPA) or better. Last season, Ford, a political science major, saw action in 15 contests while registering 82 saves. For Williams, the sports management major played in only four matches for HU. Man wanted for felony charges in South Carolina apprehended in Monroe
MONROE, N.C. (WBTV) - North Carolina authorities said on Thursday that they caught a man wanted out of South Carolina for felony charges. On Thursday, July 25, a K9 police unit captured the man, identified as Deangelo Williams, in the North Carolina city of Monroe. Williams, 35, was wanted in South Carolina for felony charges related to breaking into cars.
