SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — A San Antonio teenager has been charged with manslaughter in connection to the death of a man at a downtown hotel. According to the San Antonio Police Department, Thomas Weaver Jr, 42, was found unconscious in front of the Grand Hyatt Hotel on East Market Street at around 1 a.m. July 14.
