A violent incident unfolded at a Philadelphia hospital when a patient, reportedly suffering from symptoms of an overdose, attacked multiple members of the staff with a hypodermic needle, according to police. Philadelphia is bracing for a sweltering day ahead, with the National Weather Service issuing a Heat Advisory that's pegged to last from this morning until 8 PM EDT tomorrow.
