Tanner Witt, the son of big leaguer Kevin Witt, was a fairly notable prospect coming out of Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas. Jay, 30, was a first-round pick by the Twins in 2015 but didn’t make his MLB debut until this season with the Mets.
