Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing yet another civil lawsuit.

This latest complaint accuses the music mogul of assaulting a woman over a span of four years, even as he faced an avalanche of lawsuits and a federal investigation.

The woman, listed as a Jane Doe, filed this the complaint on Friday, Sept. 27, in New York Supreme Court.

In the lawsuit obtained by People magazine, the woman alleges she was assaulted by Combs multiple times between the fall of 2020 and the summer of 2024.

“At every visit, Defendant Combs would make her ‘perform a show’ for him and would ply her with alcohol and substances until she passed out,” the complaint says. “She would wake up with bruising and injuries but with no recollection of how she sustained her injuries. This continued until July of 2024.”

Weeks later, Combs was arrested at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16.

The complaint says the accuser is a Florida resident who works as a model. She met Combs “at an overseas location,” and was invited to travel with him at no cost.

According to the lawsuit, the two began dating in December 2020. The woman says she was flown to New York, Los Angeles, and other locations for intimate encounters with the mogul, and she alleges she was recorded without her consent.

In July 2022, the lawsuit claims Combs forced himself on her and as a result, she became pregnant.

According to the complaint, Combs was also seeing City Girls rapper Yung Miami, born Caresha Brownlee. The lawsuit claims Yung Miami "harassed" Jane Doe with repeated phone calls and told her to end the pregnancy.

The woman says she chose not to include her name in the complaint out of fear and “embarrassment and further psychological damage" if her identity was publicly revealed.

She describes herself as an adult over age 18 and younger than 55.

She is seeking unspecified damages, and is at least the 12th accuser to come forward with abuse allegations against Combs.

The mogul has maintained his innocence.

He also pleaded not guilty to the three counts in a 14-page federal indictment earlier this month.
