The abuse claims against Sean "Diddy" Combs took a disturbing new turn on Tuesday, when a Texas attorney announced he is preparing civil lawsuits from 120 accusers.

During an Oct. 1 news conference streamed live on Instagram, attorney Tony Buzbee said his Buzbee Law Firm has received thousands of inquiries from alleged victims, after announcing it was working on a case against Combs.

"The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn't a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world," Buzbee stated. "The wall of silence has now been broken, and victims are coming forward."

The attorney said more than "3,285 individuals" have contacted his Houston-based-firm, "claiming to have been victimized by Sean Combs."

So far, the firm has been able to corroborate allegations from 120 of the people who came forward.

Buzbee - who said he is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York - noted that he has been collecting videos, pictures and text messages as he looks into the claims.

The attorney said his firm will soon begin filing individual civil lawsuits -- instead of a class action claim -- against Combs, as well as other people and entities he alleges were complicit.

"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter, no matter who the evidence implicates," Buzbee said.

The attorney said his firm will begin naming the other defendants at a later date. In addition to individuals, he plans to sue corporate entities that profited, including banks, hotels, and pharmaceutical companies.

He noted that the alleged abuse occurred over 33 years -- from 1991 to 2024, and claimed the names of some of those involved “will shock you.”

Buzbee said the alleged victims include minors.

The incidents mostly happened in Manhattan, The Hamptons, Los Angeles and Miami.

"Most of these events and incidents occurred at parties and afterparties, or album release parties, New Year's Eve parties, Fourth of July parties, something they called a 'puppy party,' and all-white parties," Buzbee said.

Some accusers said they were abused during business meetings.

"Several of these events occurred at auditions... especially [to] young people. People wanting to break into the entertainment industry were coerced into this type of conduct in the promise of being made a star or in the promise of having Sean Combs listen to their tape or even let them read for Sean Combs," Buzbee stated.

Of the 120 accusers, half are males and half are females.

"In this group, 62 percent identify as African American. Thirty percent are white and the remainder are Hispanic and Asian. The victims are from 25 states, the majority are from California, New York, Georgia and Florida," Buzbee said.

More than half of the accusers filed reports with police departments or hospitals, the attorney said.

Buzbee is working with AVA Law Group on the cases. His co-counsel, Andrew Arsdale, from AVA Law Group announced a hotline number for victims at 1-800-200-7474.

An attorney for Combs released a statement saying the Bad Boy Records founder “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation,” attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement.

Before Tuesday's news conference, Diddy had been accused of abuse in a dozen lawsuits. He has continued to maintain his innocence.

The mogul was arrested by federal agents at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16. He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges alleging trafficking and racketeering.
