Wendy Williams has shared her opinion on the recent arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs, and she’s not holding back.

Williams, who decades ago suggested Combs was a real-life bad boy, has been mostly out of the spotlight since she was diagnosed with dementia in 2023.

But now in an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail on Oct. 1, Williams said people are telling her she was right about Combs all along.

“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people, 'Wendy you called it' ...including some people from my family who have said the same,” she said. “You know how I feel about that? It is about time."

Williams also discussed the leaked surveillance footage from 2016, showing the music mogul attacking his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel.

"To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled … it was just horrific. But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible,” Williams added.

Just a year before the hotel incident, on a December 2015 episode of the Wendy Williams Show, the talk show host hinted about Diddy's controlling behavior, while speaking about how Cassie was filming Honey 3: Dare to Dance in Cape Town, South Africa, and had reportedly been “trying to avoid” Combs.

“You know, my thing about when you date a mogul, is that it’s really difficult to avoid them, because if you use your head, you never know when they’re going to pop up on the scene,” Williams said on air.

“He’s a mogul! Like, he can hire a plane right now, zoom it to South Africa, land on the roof of the hotel where she’s staying, pay people off at the front desk, ‘Give me the key and let me up in her room,’” she continued.

The feud between Combs and Williams started around 1998 when the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly had her fired from her hosting job at New York's Hot 97 radio, which Charlamagne Tha God confirmed in an interview back in May.

Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deal corroborated the story not long after that on the Art of Dialogue podcast.

Diddy was arrested on Sept. 16 as part of a federal trafficking investigation.

He was denied bail twice and remains in custody as he awaits trial.

The mogul is also the subject of a dozen abuse civil lawsuits, however he has denied all of the allegations.

A Texas attorney said this week he is preparing 120 additional lawsuits against Combs.
