Diddy Faces Disturbing New Lawsuit Alleging He Assaulted Woman With TV Remote Control

The abuse allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs took a disturbing turn, when a new accuser filed a lawsuit in federal court on Tuesday alleging she was doused with a laced oil and assaulted with a TV remote control.

In one of the most shocking complaints yet against the embattled music mogul, a woman named Ashley Parham alleges she was attacked and falsely imprisoned by Diddy and his associates.

Attorneys Shawn R. Perez and Ariel Mitchell filed the 62-page complaint in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Oct. 15.

In the lawsuit obtained by Urban Hollywood 411, Parham says the violent assault occurred at an apartment in the San Francisco suburb of Orinda, California.

According to Parham, she met a male friend of Diddy's at a bar in February 2018. Hoping to impress Parham and others outside the bar, the man made a FaceTime call to the Bad Boy Records founder.

The call went sideways when Parham stated that she wasn't impressed because she thought Diddy was involved in the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.

"Defendant Diddy heard Plaintiff’s statement and made a remark that Plaintiff would 'pay' for her statement regarding Tupac and overall dismissal of Defendant Diddy," the lawsuit states.

On March 23, 2018, Diddy's male friend invited Parham to his apartment to "assist him with his cancer medications because he stated he was weak and unable to open his medications."

The lawsuit says the man told Parham he wanted to take her for a ride in his new car once she arrived at his apartment.

Shortly after they returned to the apartment, the lawsuit says Diddy, his unnamed bodyguard, the mogul's female chief of staff (referred to as KK), another woman and Diddy's male driver arrived at the location.

Parham alleges the cancer claim was a ruse and that Diddy's male friend really invited her over to “set her up” for an assault, because of the comments she made during the FaceTime call.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly pulled a knife on Parham at the apartment and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile” in retaliation for her statements on the video call.

The suit claims Diddy removed Parham's clothes, grabbed a large bottle of oil or lubricant from a fanny pack and "squirted" the substance all over her body. Parham believes the oil was laced because she started to feel "limp."

The lawsuit alleges Diddy and KK tried to insert a syringe-type object they referred to as an "IUD" into the woman's private parts.

When that didn't work, the lawsuit alleges "Defendant Diddy then picked up a television remote that was near Plaintiff and violently inserted it" inside of the woman.

Parham goes on to allege that she was turned over on her stomach to stop her from screaming and a pillow was placed over her head.

She alleges Diddy, his male friend and the bodyguard took turns assaulting her from behind.

Once the assault was over, the lawsuit alleges KK "examined" Parham and tried to administer IV fluids.

The lawsuit says Diddy and the others then exited the apartment -- which was on the ground floor of a private residence -- and the group went into the home's backyard to smoke.

Parham says Diddy offered her money to say the ordeal was consensual, but she refused to take it and threatened to notify police. However, she says Diddy told her no one would believe her and warned her "they would harm her family."

The lawsuit alleges Diddy "called his mother" Janice Combs to convince Parham not to go to the police. "Defendant Diddy’s mother yelled at Plaintiff to not hurt her son," the suit says.

Parham says Diddy eventually fled the scene.

She claims a sheriff from the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department responded to the neighborhood because of noise complaints. The suit says the accuser told the sheriff she had been assaulted by Diddy and others.

But she alleges "the Sheriff did not offer to take Plaintiff home, nor did he call for emergency services including an ambulance, nor any offer to take Plaintiff to the hospital."

Parham says she also reported the assault to Walnut Creek Police and to the Orinda Police Department, but was later told no law enforcement agency investigated her claims.

The accuser says she was "retraumatized" after others began to file an avalanche of lawsuits against Diddy.

This latest civil complaint names Diddy, his male friend, his chief of staff Kristina Khorram, and others as defendants. Parham is seeking a jury trial, as well as damages to be determined later and attorneys fees.

Diddy was arrested Sept. 16 in New York City on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The mogul has also denied all of the allegations made in a string of abuse lawsuits.
