one thing that I be thinking is this, unless those bricks on these abandoned buildings are rotten and aren't any good, or can be salvaged, I wouldn't tare them down, but hollow them out, and let buyers rehab them from the inside. Because buildings and houses should be made of brick, not sticks, that they're building today and when a strong wind blows, it blows down these buildings and houses. all because they weren't made of nothing but wood and plywood and vinyl. how can they stand a storm or high winds. why did they use to build houses and buildings out of brick. a house or building made of real bricks will definitely last longer than a plywood and vinyl any day. so those buildings in cities if I was the mayor or governor, I wouldn't tare them down, if they can be gutted out and rehab from the inside.
