Urbana Police, Crime Stoppers looking for suspects in May shots fired incident

URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — The Urbana Police Department and Champaign County Crime Stoppers are asking for help from the public in solving a shots fired incident that happened last month.
The shooting happened the night of May 18 in the area of Florida Avenue and Lincolnwood Drive. Officials said that around 9:12 p.m., five people walking at that location saw a car slowly turn toward them. At least two people from the group pulled out guns and fired at the car, which fled the scene; the suspects also left the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.

The five suspects, all men, had the following descriptions:
A slim build, wearing a dark hoodie with a large logo on the back, also wearing black and white tennis shoes.
A slim build, wearing black pants and a gray hoodie, also wearing black shoes with white soles.
A slim build wearing a sweatshirt with sleeves of a different color or pattern and large writing near the torso, also wearing dark jeans, a hat and dark-colored shoes.
A slim build wearing a gray hoodie over his head, also wearing gray sweatpants and white tennis shoes.
A heavy build with shoulder-length dreadlocks, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants and white tennis shoes.
