URBANA, Ill. (WCIA) — The University of Illinois Police Department is currently experiencing issues with their nonemergency number.

Department officials posted on social media that people calling their number may experience the call dropping without connecting to a representative. They said they are trying to fix the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
