Urbana food court for sale

URBANA — A building that has played host to local restaurants is being offered for sale.

The Broadway Food Hall at 401 N. Broadway Ave. in Urbana is now on the market.

"This building offers endless potential to be reactivated as a food court/event center or reimagined into a different use," Guth and Associates shared on social media.

According to the firm's listing, the 15,000-square-foot building currently has an asking price of $1.6 million. The structure includes commercial kitchen spaces, a bar and open event space.

The property is owned by Broadway Market LLC; the group's managers include local developer Matthew Cho, Richard Grossi and Chirag Shah.

The food hall opened in late 2017.
