    A man accused of a June 21 shooting in Urbana that sent a neighborhood into an hour-long lockdown but did not lead to any injuries had a criminal history and prior incidents of improper firearm use, charging documents indicate.

    Adrienne Mendoza Milam, 48, is accused of firing multiple shots from inside a residence in the 3800 block of Braveheart Drive using a firearm and ammunition he was not allowed to possess, among other charges.
