Montgomery County Police are investigating. Gaithersburg, Md (KM) The investigation continues into a fatal crash in Gaithersburg Saturday night. At around 10:12 PM, police and fire and rescue responded to North Frederick Avenue at Travis Avenue. That’s where a Nissan Altima operated by Isaac Akomanyi of Germantown was traveling north on North Frederick Avenue when it collided with a Ram pickup truck. Akomanyi was taken an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
