Orioles reportedly willing to trade pair of veterans
The Orioles will be one of the most fascinating teams to watch ahead of the trade deadline. They currently boast a one-game lead over the Guardians for the best record in the American League and a 1.5-game lead over the Yankees for first place in the AL East. Thus, they fit the criteria for major buyers; the O’s are undeniably one of the best teams in baseball, but they still have things worth fighting for down the stretch. What’s more, prospect evaluators widely agree that Baltimore has one of the deepest and most talented farm systems in the game, in addition to a logjam of talented young players on the major league roster. They should be able to outbid just about anyone to land their ideal trade targets in the coming days.

Odafe Oweh has terrorized Ravens offense during the first 3 days of training camp
Odafe Oweh was more than prepared to bet on himself, but the Ravens did the smart thing, picking up his fifth-year option prior to the start of offseason workouts. The former Penn State pass rusher has all the tools but has yet to post a double-digit sack season and enters 2024 as the most significant piece of a revamped pass rush that lost Jadeveon Clowney to free agency.

Positions for the Orioles to Prioritize at the Trade Deadline
As the trade deadline nears, the Baltimore Orioles are primed to be buyers for the second straight year, but what position must they upgrade most? The Orioles are obviously in a perfect spot. They are 60-39, and two games ahead of the New York Yankees in the American League East. However, they have multiple holes that must be filled. The Orioles have lost several starters this year due to injury and came into the year without All-Star closer Félix Bautista. Both starters and relievers are needed if Baltimore wants to become a top contender. Also, the Orioles have struggled with their outfield production. Anthony Santander was named an All-Star, but besides him and Heston Kjerstad, everyone else has been underwhelming. The Orioles need multiple positions, but which one stands out the most? Let’s rank, 1 being the most needed, and 3 being the least, what positions the Orioles need.
Ravens’ Marlon Humphrey must focus on re-establishing himself as an elite CB in 2024
When Bleacher Report alleged that Baltimore Ravens defensive back Marlon Humphrey was overrated, many were shocked. Bleacher Report’s statement, cited by Jon Alfano for Sports Illustrated on May 23. reads: “Humphrey is the league’s fourth-highest-paid cornerback annually, but his impact on the game is rapidly diminishing. He’s been getting beat in coverage more often, and he’s coming dangerously close to a liability as he enters his eighth NFL season.” While Humphrey’s decline may be largely due to injury, his passion for football has been frequently expressed in his “Punchline Podcast,” which has roughly 45,000 subscribers on YouTube. Within the podcast, Humphrey gives endless...

Last call, Parrotheads! With the score consisting mostly of the late Jimmy Buffett’s original, beachy hits and book by Emmy-nominated television screenwriter/actor Mike O’Malley and Emmy-winning television screenwriter/producer Greg Garcia, this musical is soapy, kitschy, and loads of fun.
