The 2024 Paris Olympics women's basketball tournament is down to two teams fighting for gold: Team USA and France.

The quarterfinal round of the knockout stage saw two upsets. Belgium, the lowest seed in the knockout stage, handed previously undefeated Spain a 79-66 loss. Australia - the only 2-1 team with a negative point differential from the group stage - took down Serbia 85-67. They set up matchups with France and Team USA, respectively, in the semifinals.

Team USA won 85-64 against Australia in a game they controlled in every phase. Breanna Stewart led the scoring with 16 points and A'ja Wilson had 10 points and a team-high eight rebounds to pace Team USA to a 60th consecutive win in Olympic play.

The other semifinal game was far less straightforward. France trailed 36-31 at halftime but battled back behind a strong fourth quarter to force overtime. A timely basket by former Chicago Sky forward Gabby Williams in the final minute of overtime gave France a three-point lead with 37 seconds left. They held on for an 81-75 win.

With that, the medal matchups are set. Here's a full look at the standings, bracket, and how to watch the medal games.
