Michigan State Senator Mallory McMorrow played a critical role at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago when she appeared Monday night toting a comically large, oversized book.

The book was intended to represent Project 2025, the Republican blueprint for Trump's second term from which the Republican nominee has increasingly sought to distance himself.

The Democratic National Committee convention is in Chicago through Thursday and Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday is scheduled to formally accept the party's nomination for the 2024 Election.
