Formerly a registered Republican in Florida, Hall has a lengthy list of charges in the state since 2003, ranging from traffic violations to petty theft and burglary. According to records, he relocated to DeSoto County in northern Mississippi, close to Memphis, in 2020.

Hall is charged with two federal counts of threats to a sitting president and vice president and one count of a threat to a former president. Each charge carries a penalty of up to five years in prison, according to the Department of Justice press release.

The U.S. Secret Service investigated the case, and it will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Will Crow of the National Security and Civil Rights Unit in the U.S. Attorney's Office , according to the release. Ritz is the chief federal law enforcement officer in West Tennessee.

Hall has been charged but not found guilty of any crimes related to his X posts.

There are plenty reserved rooms at the Hotel Dela Prison for him and his type. He'll be doing his white job for the next 15-20 years for 40 cents an hour.

The Democrats are two faced hypocrites. It's okay for them to threaten Trump and not do anything. But let them say something to the puppets and it's so wrong.
