Perks and Rec: The best Labor Day sales (so far)

It’s a great time for a home refresh. We found a bunch of deals on furniture , mattresses and rugs . One particularly good sale happening is over at Blinds.com , where you can get half off blinds, shades and shutters. Don’t forget the Halloween decor—there’s a whole bunch on sale over at Lowe’s.

We’re also shopping great discounts on tech this weekend, from our favorite noise-canceling headphones to the new iPad Air that our writer called the “Goldilocks of the iPad lineup.” If you need a new TV for football games or scary movie marathons, we found this Frame TV for $500 off, as well as discounts on the streaming services you’ll want to access all your favorite shows and movies.
