MLB playoff picture: Wild card standings, latest 2024 division standings

Major League Baseball's final week was shaken up Wednesday by the postponement of two crucial games between the New York Mets and Atlanta Braves – rescheduled for a doubleheader on Monday , the day after the regular season was scheduled to end.

That throws a wrench in the NL playoff race, with the Mets, Braves and Arizona Diamondbacks separated by just one game for the final two wild-card spots entering Thursday. Until those games are finished (or the Diamondbacks are eliminated over the weekend), we won't know the 2024 postseason matchups .
