Derrick Henry's age has not impeded any of his ability to dominate opposing defenses . The Baltimore Ravens' running back is in his ninth season as a pro, and he's on pace for the second-most rushing yards of his career.

Henry's ability to maintain his productivity over the years is especially notable at a position that has some of the lowest durability of any football position. Running backs take some of the most hits of any player on the field, which is a big reason why they tend to see their productivity diminish heavily by the time they turn 28 years old.

This year, Henry is playing in his age-30 season and will turn 31 just ahead of the Ravens' Week 18 regular-season finale. Through three games, he leads the NFL in rushing touchdowns and is on pace for 1,592 rushing yards in 2024.
