Notre Dame football will produce a behind-the-scenes documentary of the 2024 season

When Notre Dame extended its contract with NBC Sports, the deal included a documentary on the football team that would steam exclusively on Peacock.

Well, the time has come for that to begin, as the Irish announced today when the first two episodes will air, August 29th. It will be an inside look into the program, which will be similar to HBO’s Hard Knocks.

Episodes three and four will be released on December 5th, five and six on December 19th and the finale on January 16th.

“Here Come The Irish” is expected to follow Notre Dame through the preseason, up to the first game of the year, at a minimum according to The Irish Tribune. With that schedule you have to believe that it will go though most of the season.

While it’s unfortunate this is on Peacock, it’s just one more reason to bite the bullet and sign up. This alone most likely will be worth it, and you don’t have to worry about when the Irish are exclusively playing on the platform. (This was not an add, just my general thoughts.)
