4-star Grayson High School recruit sets commitment date

Four-star offensive tackle recruit Nick Brooks is planning to announce his commitment on Aug. 23. Brooks recently returned to Georgia for his senior season of high school.

He’ll play for Peach State powerhouse Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia, this fall. In 2023, Brooks played high school football for John F. Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The 6-foot-7, 345-pound offensive lineman has elite size. The four-star offensive tackle is ranked the No. 20 recruit in Georgia and the No. 142 player in the nation. Brooks is the No. 15 offensive tackle in the class of 2025.

The Georgia Bulldogs are projected to land a commitment from Nick Brooks, per 247Sports . We’ll officially find out soon. Brooks is deciding among Georgia, Texas and USC . The big offensive tackle was previously committed to the Iowa Hawkeyes, but Iowa is no longer a contender for Brooks.

Head coach Kirby Smart and Georgia have the nation’s No. 4 recruiting class. Georgia has the third-best class of 2025 in the SEC.
