    Three rounds are in the book at the 2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship and only 1 golfer is within 5 strokes of the lead in the 1st playoff event. Below, we look at BetMGM Sportsbook’s 2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship odds entering Sunday’s final round being played in Memphis, Tenn.     Hideki Matsuyama, who opened at +2500 to win, is at 17-under-par 193 and will take a 5-stroke lead into Sunday’s final round at TPC Southwind (7,243 yards, par 70). Matsuyama is the No. 13 player in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings.

    Pre-tournament favorite Scottie Scheffler (+350 before the opening round) is tied for 4th place at 10-under after rounds of 66-65-69. Defending champion Lucas Glover, who won at 15-under 265, did not qualify for the playoffs.

    Hideki Matsuyama (-450)

    The 32-year-old pro from Japan shot his 2nd straight 6-under 64 after an opening 65 and takes a commanding 5-shot lead in his quest for 10th career title and 2nd this season. The 2021 Masters champ won the Genesis Invitational in February.

    Nick Dunlap (+1400)

    The 20-year-old pro from Alabama, who opened at +12500 to win, shot a 4-under 66 to go with a 67-65 and will try for his 3rd career title in just 23 starts. He’ s the No. 205 player in Golfweek’s rankings.

    2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship – In the hunt

    Before the final group tees off at 1:40 p.m. ET (12-2 p.m. ET Golf Channel, 2-6 p.m. on NBC), here are 3 other players to watch as they try to chase down Matsuyama.

    Viktor Hovland (+1400): Golfweek’s No. 5 player starts in 3rd place 6 shots back at 11-under after rounds of 70-63-66. He opened at +3300.

    Scottie Scheffler (+1000): The pre-tournament favorite starts tied for 4th at 10-under, 7 shots back after rounds of 66-65-69. Golfweek’s No. 1 player opened at +350.

    Sam Burns (+4000): He starts tied fro 4th place 7 shots back at 10-under after rounds of 67-63-70. Golfweek’s No. 42 player opened at +5000.

    2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship – Props update
