    After a trip to Australia, the UFC is back on its home turf this week with a pair of ranked middleweights at the top of the lineup.

    Here’s how to watch UFC on ESPN 62 with 185-pounders in the headlining spot, plus women’s strawweights in the co-feature.

    UFC on ESPN 62 has a main card that starts at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+. The preliminary card streams on ESPN+ at 7 p.m. ET.
