Auburn insider is latest to believe Deuce Knight is flipping from Notre Dame

Although Deuce Knight is still a Notre Dame football commit, it seems more like he’s an uncommitted prospect.

The 2025 Mississippi quarterback will visit Auburn during college football’s first full weekend of games, and now Tigers insider Jeffrey Lee is joining in the predictions that he will eventually flip.

If this is actually the case, it will be a tough one to swallow. Yes, this drama has been going on for some time, but early it just seemed like a rumor with no legs.

Now that Knight has it on his schedule to see Auburn, it seems like it’s just a matter of time before he flips his commitment to the SEC school.

It’s going to leave Notre Dame is a very bad situation at quarterback for the 2025 class. Virtually all of the top-50 quarterback in the 247Sports Composite Rankings are committed, with only uncommitted prospect in that range not holding an Irish offer.

Hopefully Knight doesn’t flip, but at this point in time, it seems more like when, than if.
