The amount of A- and B-list celebrities who’ve graced the desk on ESPN’s College GameDay is actually kind of incredible when you think about it.

The show travels to some of the most remote campuses in the country and still gets huge names to pop in and give their takes on a given slate of games. In recent years we’ve seen stars like Katy Perry, The Rock, Luke Bryan, Glen Powell, Jack Nicklaus, Charles Barkley, Bill Murray, Matthew McConaughey and Lil Wayne make their picks on the show.

So which guests can we expect GameDay to line up for the 2024 season? We’ve got our wishlist here, in no particular order.

    Taylor Swift

We might as well start with the Holy Grail. It’s safe to say noted Kansas Jayhawks fan Taylor Swift could help GameDay shatter viewership records if she ever agrees to come on the show.

Will it happen? Given all the security risks involved — not to mention the fact she’s wrapping up a 149-show mega successful world tour — probably not! But college fans can dream.

    Travis and Jason Kelce

This one feels a lot more realistic. We’re pretty likely to see Jason Kelce appear on GameDay at some point now that the retired Philadelphia Eagles center works for ESPN. As for Travis joining him, the Chiefs have a bye in Week 6 and there are some massive matchups in college that weekend including Ohio State-Oregon, Ole Miss-LSU, Penn State-USC, Kansas State-Colorado and Texas-Oklahoma. ESPN could let the Kelces pick whichever location works best for them.

    Tim Walz

He probably won’t have time before November — and may not even be relevant after — but for all the “Coach Walz” talk, it’d be really fun to get him in the hot seat and watch him break down defenses while making picks.

    Noah Kahan

GameDay loves getting a popular musical act to stop by and who better right now than Kahan? He’s on tour til mid-October, A.K.A stick season. Get him to a game in the northeast, please.

    Jim Harbaugh

The former Michigan coach may have escaped NCAA penalties by bolting back to the NFL after winning a national championship last year, but would he be willing to pass up the opportunity to come back to campus and rub everyone’s face in it? Before you answer that, consider the Chargers have a bye in Week 5 — which is the same weekend Michigan travels to Washington for a title game rematch as newly-minted Big Ten rivals.

    Caitlin Clark

Forgive the pun, but this is an absolute layup for ESPN and one it’ll probably save for a week when there aren’t too many elite matchups. As long as Iowa remains ranked, they’ll have a shot at hosting GameDay and with the WNBA in the offseason, Clark shouldn’t have too much trouble making it back to campus.

Same logic as above, but add in LSU’s Death Valley and SEC intensity. Let’s get Reese back to Baton Rouge for an October 12 matchup against Ole Miss.

    Snoop Dogg

Given how successful he was for NBC during the Paris Olympics, you have to think ESPN will be giving Snoop a call — even if his last foray into college sports wasn’t the most family-friendly. Then again, Snoop has his own bowl game this year (seriously). The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented by Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop is set for December 28 between the Mountain West and MAC. Let’s make this a scouting trip for the west coast icon.

    Channing Tatum

The Alabama native grew up playing football and rolls with the Tide.

Get him on GameDay ASAP so he can finally makeanameforhimselfhere.

    Addison Rae

The TikTok star and former LSU student has more than 80 million followers on social media and, at some point, you’ve got to meet college kids where they are. Get Rae to GameDay and the fans will certainly show out.
