Nebraska releases gameday hype video

It’s gameday Husker fans. This afternoon, Nebraska will kick off the 2024 season when the Cornhuskers welcome UTEP to Memorial Stadium.

Nebraska is coming off a 5-7 campaign in Matt Rhule’s first season. The Huskers just missed out on a bowl game invite, something they haven’t received since 2016.

The game will also be the first season-opener at Memorial Stadium since 2019. It will also be the first of four straight home games to start the season.

This is the first meeting between these two teams. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT, and you can watch the game on Fox. Jason Benetti, Brock Huard, and Allison Williams will be on the call.
