Notre Dame basketball visiting 2025 5-star power forward today

One of the nation’s best 2025 prospects will get a visit from Micah Schrewsberry and his Notre Dame basketball staff today according to a report by Jamie Shaw.

Virginia power forward Nate Ament is a 5-star prospect according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, coming in as the No. 13 overall player in the country.

He’s high on multiple teams recruiting boards, as Ament isn’t just getting a visit from the Irish. Seven other teams will be stopping by his school, a list that includes powerhouse programs Duke and Kansas.

Ament has already officially visited the Wildcats along with an upcoming trip to see Virginia’s campus. Until he sets a visit to South Bend, he’s looking more like a pipe dream than a realistic commitment in the future.
