    Steelers Week 1 injury report: Russell Wilson joins list of injured players

    The Pittsburgh Steelers released their second injury report for their 2024 NFL season opener against the Atlanta Falcons.

    Newly added from Wednesday’s report was quarterback Russell Wilson (calf), who practiced in a limited capacity and tight end Darnell Washington (knee). Cornerback Cory Trice Jr. (groin), running back Jaylen Warren (hamstring) and offensive tackle Troy Fautanu (knee) were upgraded from limited to full practice, suggesting that, barring a setback on Friday, they’ll be good to go for Sunday.
