    First look: New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys odds and lines

    The New Orleans Saints (1-0) and Dallas Cowboys (1-0) meet Sunday. Kickoff from AT&T Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). Below, we look at Saints vs. Cowboys odds from BetMGM Sportsbook before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

    The Saints dominated in Week 1, covering as 3.5-point favorites in a 47-10 win over the visiting Carolina Panthers Sept. 8 with the Over (41.5) hitting. QB Derek Carr threw for 200 yards and 3 TDs, leading a strong offensive performance. RB Alvin Kamara contributed 100 total yards and a TD. The Saints defense was equally impressive, forcing 3 turnovers and holding the Panthers to just 58 rushing yards.

    The Cowboys took care of business in Week 1, covering as 2.5-point underdogs in a 33-17 victory at the Cleveland Browns Sept. 8 as the Over (42) cashed. QB Dak Prescott kept things running smoothly, completing 19 of 32 passes for 179 yards with a TD. WR CeeDee Lamb, fresh off his new deal, hauled in 5 catches for 61 yards. The ground game chipped in with over 100 yards, and the defense stepped up, forcing 2 turnovers and keeping Cleveland under 250 total yards.

    In their last matchup Dec. 2, 2021, the Cowboys defeated the Saints 27-17 in New Orleans. The Cowboys covered as 6-point favorites, and the game went Under (46). QB Taysom Hill started for the Saints, completing 19 of 41 passes for 264 yards with 2 TDs and 4 INTs while also rushing for over 100 yards. RBs Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott combined for over 100 yards and a TD.
