After looking mighty impressive during a Week 2 blowout over MAC opponent Western Michigan, the Ohio State football team is now able to take a deep breath and enjoy an off week.

And while there isn’t a game to watch this weekend, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day knows that a team can still get better in practice as it looks at things that it can get better at in a less stressful environment. The Buckeyes will do just that as they prepare to take on Marshall on Saturday, Sept. 21 in the ‘Shoe.

Day met with the media on Tuesday during his standard in-season time to discuss what he’s seen from the team, where it goes, and what the plan is for the off week and we have it for you in case you didn’t get a chance to soak it all in.

Thanks to the WBNS YouTube channel, you can watch and listen to Day discuss the off week, what kind of impact offensive coordinator Chip Kelly has made, the play of players like Jeremiah Smith and quarterback Will Howard, and more.

We’ll have more during the off week to reflect on what we’ve seen thus far and look ahead to what we might see coming through the rest of the season, so be sure to check back often, even this week when you can actually plan something on Saturday.
