Tennessee announces uniform combination for Kent State game

No. 9 Tennessee (2-0) will return to action in Week 3 at Neyland Stadium. The Vols are slated to play Kent State (0-2) on Saturday at 7:45 p.m. EDT.

SEC Network will televise the nonconference matchup. Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers and Cole Cubelic will be on the call.

Ahead of Saturday’s contest, Tennessee announced its uniform combination against the Golden Flashes. The Vols will wear white helmets, orange jerseys and orange pants.

Saturday will mark the first meeting between Tennessee and Kent State.

Tennessee enters its nonconference matchup with a 10-0 all time record versus current MAC teams: Akron (3-0), Ball State (1-0), Bowling Green (2-0), Buffalo (1-0), Ohio (2-0) and Northern Illinois (1-0).
