The Green Bay Packers made one change to the Week 2 injury report on Thursday: linebacker Quay Walker was added with a new groin injury. Walker, one of the team’s starters at linebacker, was limited with the injury on Thursday.

The Packers face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday at Lambeau Field.

No other changes were made to the injury report. Quarterback Jordan Love (knee) didn’t practice, rookie linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (knee) was a full participant and cornerback Corey Ballentine (oblique), defensive lineman Kenny Clark (toe), running back Josh Jacobs (back) and running back MarShawn Lloyd (hamstring) were limited.

If Walker can’t play Sunday, the Packers would need more from Cooper, who was impressive over 11 snaps in his NFL debut last week in Brazil. Coach Matt LaFleur said Cooper would likely get more playing time moving forward, and injury to Walker would all but guarantee it. In Week 1, the Packers used Walker and Isaiah McDuffie as full-time players and rotated Cooper and veteran Eric Wilson as the third linebacker in the base defense.

On Love, LaFleur said the Packers would “give him the week” to see if he can play Sunday. It’s possible the Packers are just posturing to force the Colts to prepare for the possibility of Love — who injured his MCL against the Eagles — surprising everyone and playing Sunday. Malik Willis will start if Love can’t go.

The Colts made no changes to the injury report. Defensive starters DeForest Buckner (back), safety Julian Blackmon (shoulder) and defensive end Kwity Paye (hamstring) all missed practice for the second consecutive day.

The Packers and Colts will provide a final injury report with status designations on Friday. Kickoff from Lambeau Field is set for noon on Sunday.
