The Indianapolis Colts will be without at least two starting defenders on Sunday against Pittsburgh, along with having two of their starting offensive linemen listed as questionable. For more on that, click here.

When it comes to the Colts’ Week 4 opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, they have designated three players as out, one as questionable, and another doubtful.

QB Russell Wilson (Calf) – Questionable

RB Jaylen Warren (Knee) – Out

LB Alex Highsmith (Groin) – Out

G Isaac Seumalo (Pectoral) – Doubtful

TE MyCole Pruitt (Knee) – Out

It was reported earlier in the week that the Steelers were going to be without pass rusher Alex Highsmith. In two-plus games this season, Highsmith has recorded six pressures and two sacks, while in 2023, he ranked 14th among all edge rushers in total pressures and 12th in pass rush win rate.

Although without Highsmith, this is still a potent Steelers front with TJ Watt, Cam Heyward, and others. Pittsburgh has allowed the second-fewest yards per rush this season.

Warren is the second running back on the depth chart behind Najee Harris and brings a different element to the position, which includes impacting the game as a pass catcher.

Without Warren, the Steelers will continue to lean heavily on Harris and also have Cordarrelle Patterson to take some snaps. The Steelers are averaging just 3.6 yards per carry in three games, but are extremely committed to the run game, ranking second in rush attempts per game.

By snaps, Pruitt is the third tight end on the Steelers roster and is primarily utilized as a blocker. Offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo doesn’t have any snaps this season and even if Russell Wilson can play, tat 3-0, this is Justin Fields’ team right now.
