Two plays defined Georgia-Alabama, a football game where the Crimson Tide got off to a scorching start and the Bulldogs fought their way back in during the second half.

Georgia seemed completely lost during the first half, going into the locker room at Bryant-Denny Stadium with a 30-7 deficit to Alabama.

However, the Bulldogs defense showed up big time after the break, and the team’s offense got within five points with 2:42 to go in the fourth quarter.

Well, Georgia quarterback Carson Beck and wide receiver Dillon Bell made the hero play from their side of the field when the latter hauled in a 67-yard touchdown. That gave Georgia a shocking 34-33 lead after a failed 2-point conversion.

Everything screamed collapse for the Crimson Tide, but Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe and wide receiver Ryan Williams had other plans.

Right after that Georgia touchdown, Milroe hit Williams for an absolutely jaw-dropping 75-yard touchdown where the latter made a breathtaking catch and even more impressive fake-out move to make it to the end zone.

Georgia tried to make a second attempt at a comeback to tie up the game, but Beck wound up throwing a pick to Alabama cornerback Zabien Brown to ice the game for the Crimson Tide and avoid completely blowing the game.

Exhale, college football fans. What a classic.
