    Fantasy football injury report: Week 5

    This is a team-by-team review of any key fantasy football player injury news after this week’s practice activity and team statements. Only those players listed on the team’s official injury report will be addressed, unless the situation warrants further attention.

    PLEASE NOTE: The NFL releases its final official injury report each Friday (approximately 6:00 p.m. ET). West Coast teams often report their injuries late and may not be included in the initial publication.

    Week 5 fantasy football injury report

    This week’s key game-time decisions: TE George Kittle, TE David Njoku, QB Anthony Richardson, TE Evan Engram, RB Alvin Kamara, RB Kendre Miller, RB Devin Singletary, RB Brian Robinson Jr., WR Kendrick Bourne

    ARIZONA CARDINALS

    TE Trey McBride (concussion) is on track to return after practicing fully Thursday and Friday. He carries no injury tag.

    ATLANTA FALCONS – Played Thursday

    RB Bijan Robinson (hamstring) played in Week 5 through a hamstring ailment. WR Drake London (head) left the game briefly and was checked for a concussion but returned to the game.

    BALTIMORE RAVENS

    RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) remains on the PUP.

    BUFFALO BILLS

    WR Khalil Shakir (ankle) didn’t practice this week and has been ruled out. LB Terrel Bernard (pectoral) upgraded to questionable this week after limited work in practice all week. QB Josh Allen (hand) practiced fully all week and will play.

    CAROLINA PANTHERS

    WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) went on IR and will miss at least four games. WR Diontae Johnson (ankle) was limited Friday but is good to go. RB Miles Sanders (illness) had a full session Friday, and he’ll play.

    CHICAGO BEARS

    TE Cole Kmet (knee) was limited Wednesday but had full practices Thursday and Friday, and he’ll play.

    CINCINNATI BENGALS

    QB Joe Burrow (wrist) practiced fully all week and is good to go.

    CLEVELAND BROWNS

    RB Nick Chubb (knee) remains on the PUP, but his 21-day practice window was opened. He has been ruled out. RB Nyheim Hines (knee) was limited all week and ruled out. TE David Njoku (ankle), RB Pierre Strong (hamstring), LT Jedrick Wills (knee) and RT Jack Conklin (knee) are all questionable after limited work Friday. WR Jerry Jeudy (knee) and DE Myles Garrett (Achilles) practiced Friday and are good to go.

    DALLAS COWBOYS

    LB Micah Parsons (ankle) and WR Brandin Cooks (knee) are out. RB Rico Dowdle (wrist) practiced fully and is good to go. RB Ezekiel Elliott (illness) was limited Thursday due to dehydration, but he’s fine.

    DENVER BRONCOS

    WR Josh Reynolds (foot) practiced all week and will play.

    DETROIT LIONS – Bye week

    No injuries of fantasy relevance.

    GREEN BAY PACKERS

    QB Jordan Love (knee) was limited Wednesday but had full sessions Thursday and Friday. He’ll play. WR Christian Watson (ankle) was out of practice all week and deemed doubtful. WR Romeo Doubs (personal) was out of practice Thursday and Friday, and he’s also doubtful. TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) didn’t practice all week, and he’s questionable.

    HOUSTON TEXANS

    RB Joe Mixon (ankle) is out for Week 5. WR Tank Dell (chest) graduated to a full practice Friday and will return. RB Dameon Pierce (hamstring) is questionable this week after graduating to limited work Friday. OT Laremy Tunsil (ankle) is good to go after missing some practice time early in the week.

    INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

    RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) has been ruled out. QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) was limited all week and ruled questionable. RT Braden Smith (knee) and C Ryan Kelly (neck) are both questionable after sitting out Friday.

    JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

    LB Foyesade Oluokun (foot) is on IR. TE Evan Engram (hamstring) was limited all week and is questionable. WR Gabe Davis (shoulder), RB Travis Etienne (shoulder) and RB Tank Bigsby (shoulder) were all limited Friday but carry no injury tags.

    KANSAS CITY CHIEFS – Monday night

    RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (personal) remains on NFI list, but he has returned to practice on a limited basis. RB Isiah Pacheco (leg) remains on IR. WR Rashee Rice (knee) landed on IR as well. RB Kareem Hunt (shoulder) has been limited Thursday and Friday. WR Mecole Hardman (knee) was out of practice Friday.

    LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

    WR Davante Adams (hamstring) and RB Zamir White (groin) are out. DE Maxx Crosby (ankle) is questionable after limited work Friday.

    LOS ANGELES CHARGERS – Bye week

    WR DJ Chark Jr. (hip) remains on IR.

    LOS ANGELES RAMS

    TE Tyler Higbee (knee) remains on the PUP. WR Puka Nacua (knee) remains on IR. WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) is out again as well. WR Demarcus Robinson (hip) was limited Wednesday but had full sessions the rest of the week and will play.

    MIAMI DOLPHINS

    QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) remains on IR. RB Raheem Mostert (chest) is poised to return this week after full work Friday. QB Skylar Thompson (ribs) and WR Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) are questionable. OBJ had a full practice Friday, and Thompson was limited.

    MINNESOTA VIKINGS

    TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) remains on the PUP, but his 21-day practice window was opened. He won’t play this week. QB Sam Darnold (knee) practiced all week and will play.

    NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

    WR Kendrick Bourne (knee) is questionable after his 21-day window was opened. He saw limited work Friday. WR K.J. Osborn (shoulder) didn’t practice all week, but he’s ruled questionable.

    NEW ORLEANS SAINTS – Monday night

    RB Kendre Miller (hamstring) was designated to return from IR and had a full session Friday. RB Alvin Kamara (hip, ribs) has been limited thus far this week. WR Chris Olave (hamstring) has practiced fully and looks ready to return. TE Taysom Hill (ribs) has yet to practice this week. TE Juwan Johnson (forearm) practiced fully Friday after limited work Thursday.

    NEW YORK GIANTS

    WR Malik Nabers (concussion) has been ruled out. RB Devin Singletary (groin) upgraded to limited practice Friday, and he’s doubtful. WR Wan’Dale Robinson (heel) was limited all week with a heel injury, but he will play.

    NEW YORK JETS

    QB Aaron Rodgers (knee) was limited Wednesday but practiced fully the rest of the week and will play.

    PHILADELPHIA EAGLES – Bye week

    WR DeVonta Smith (concussion) was out in Week 4.

    PITTSBURGH STEELERS

    RB Jaylen Warren (knee) and RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) are out. QB Russell Wilson (calf) is questionable after he was limited all week.

    SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

    RB Christian McCaffrey (calf, Achilles) remains on IR. TE George Kittle (ribs) traded a hamstring injury for a ribs injury, and he’s questionable. He graduated to limited work Friday.

    SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

    RB Kenneth Walker III (oblique), WR Tyler Lockett (thigh) and WR DK Metcalf (hand) practiced fully Friday and will play. TE Noah Fant (toe) saw limited work Friday, but he carries no injury status.

    TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS – Played Thursday

    S Antoine Winfield Jr. (foot) was out again.

    TENNESSEE TITANS – Bye week

    No injuries of fantasy relevance.

    WASHINGTON COMMANDERS

    WR Noah Brown (groin) is out. RB Austin Ekeler (concussion) is poised to return after a full session Thursday and Friday. RB Brian Robinson Jr. (knee) is questionable, though, after upgrading to limited work Friday.
