Bob Costas rips Yuli Gurriel for bad error: A '10-year-old' could have caught that

Oof, Bob Costas.

He’s not having the best of series on the mic for TBS, from a lackluster call of a Kansas City Royals double play to botching a routine call in Game 3 of the ALDS.

And now there’s this call, which is rubbing some folks the wrong way — in that same Game 3 of the series, Yuli Gurriel dropped a pretty easy-looking throw from second baseman Michael Massey, and Costas had this to say: “[He] drops one that your 10-year-old playing catch in the backyard would’ve caught.”
