WATCH: Jeff Ulbrich brings energy during first Jets practice

Jeff Ulbrich is not waiting a second to make his impression on the 2024 New York Jets.

After a 2-3 start to the year, head coach Robert Saleh was fired. Ulbrich, New York’s defensive coordinator, was installed as the interim.

Even with that temporary title and only just being named head coach, Ulbrich was bringing some energy in his first days in charge.

Ulbrich, 47, was spotted by cameras going from player to player prior to practice this week and trying to get them all going. He was certainly bringing some energy.
